Former First Lady Michelle Obama's brother and his wife have sued a Milwaukee private school, alleging

She refused to allow her two sons to re-enroll

In a civil lawsuit filed in Milwaukee County Circuit Court,

the varsity failed to offer the supportive and inclusive studying surroundings it had promised in its enrollment contracts with the Robinsons.

The boys had attended the pre-kindergarten via grade 12 faculty for about 5 years,

the Robinsons stated Tuesday in an interview with The Associated Press.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified financial damages and a trial by jury.

USM stated in a press release that the enrollment determination had nothing to do with their complaints of inequity or discrimination.

The unbiased faculty, with a campus that stretches from Milwaukee to the close by suburb of River Hills,

enrolls about 1,100 college students yearly.
